These terms apply to your use of bongoufoods.com, the website of Bon Gou Foods, a handcrafted bakery in Piscataway, New Jersey. On this site you can browse our menu, learn about the bakery, get in touch, and place orders for pickup.

By using the site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms work together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

Orders placed on this site are for pickup only, in Piscataway, NJ. We don't offer shipping or delivery through the site.

Placing an order is a request, not a guaranteed booking. Every item is made fresh, so we confirm your exact pickup time by phone or email. If an item or your preferred date can't be fulfilled, we will contact you.

Please make sure your name, email, and phone number are correct so we can reach you about your order.

There is no online payment on this site. You pay in person when you pick up your order, and we never collect card details through the site.

Prices are in US dollars and shown on our menu. If we find a pricing error, we may correct it, and we'll contact you before fulfilling an order that's affected.

Availability, especially for seasonal items, can change. An item on the menu may occasionally not be available on the date you chose.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible using the contact details below.

Because everything is made fresh to order, we can't always accommodate changes or cancellations close to your pickup date. We'll do our best to work with you.

Our kitchen handles common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, tree nuts, and coconut. Because of this, we can't guarantee that any item is allergen-free.

If you or someone you're ordering for has an allergy, please say so in the order note and contact us before you order so we can talk it through.

You can order without an account or create one to see your order history. If you create an account, please give accurate information and keep it up to date.

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has accessed it.

You can delete your account at any time from your account page, or ask us to do it by contacting us. We may suspend accounts that are used abusively or fraudulently.

Please use the site the way it's meant to be used. We may restrict access for anyone who breaks these rules.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Try to disrupt, overload, scrape, or otherwise abuse the site or its systems.
• Use bots or other automated tools to place bulk orders.

The content on this site, including the Bon Gou Foods name and brand, photography, text, and recipes, belongs to Bon Gou Foods. You may view it for your own personal use, but please don't copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.

Product photos are for illustration. Because each item is handcrafted, what you pick up may look a little different.

We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but it's provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise the site will always run without interruptions or errors.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Bon Gou Foods isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or an order. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount of that order.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that can't be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page. By continuing to use the site after an update, you accept the updated terms.
